Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Early Childhood Center Director to lead and inspire our early childhood education community. In this vital role, you will oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring a nurturing, safe, and enriching environment for young children. You will be responsible for implementing high-quality curriculum development, managing staff, fostering community relationships, and ensuring compliance with all licensing regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape early childhood experiences while leading a dedicated team committed to excellence in childhood development. Your leadership will drive the center's mission to promote optimal learning and development for every child. Responsibilities Provide strategic planning and leadership to ensure the center operates efficiently and aligns with educational standards and best practices. Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum plans that support early childhood development and meet state and national accreditation standards. Manage budgets effectively, including managing resources, overseeing financial planning, and ensuring fiscal responsibility as an executive education administrator. Supervise school staff including teachers, administrative personnel, and support staff; facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance instructional quality. Oversee personnel management tasks such as faculty evaluation, performance reviews, and fostering a positive team environment. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to early childhood education, special education law, and educational regulations. Lead fundraising efforts and community engagement initiatives to support program growth and sustainability. Facilitate school meetings, public speaking engagements, and community outreach to strengthen relationships with families and stakeholders. Maintain a thorough understanding of childhood development principles, early childhood education best practices, and classroom experience standards. Oversee classroom supervision to ensure high-quality instruction and adherence to safety protocols; support teachers in providing a safe, loving, nurturing environment. Experience Proven experience in school administrative leadership with a focus on early childhood Extensive background in curriculum development, instructional leadership in early childhood education, and classroom teaching experience. Demonstrated success in managing budgets as an executive education administrator along with experience in school legal knowledge and educational compliance. Strong supervisory skills with a track record of personnel management in educational environments; experience facilitating professional development for educators. Experience working with diverse populations and managing school staff supervision effectively. Excellent communication skills combined with strategic planning abilities; capable of leading teams through change while maintaining focus on educational excellence. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
