This role involves leading a team of educators, developing and implementing curriculum, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with educational standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of age-appropriate curriculum that promotes holistic child development. Manage the daily operations of the early childhood education program, ensuring adherence to state regulations and organizational policies. Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to support program goals. Engage in strategic planning to enhance program effectiveness and sustainability. Foster relationships with families, staff, and the community through effective communication and public speaking. Conduct fundraising initiatives to support program activities and resources. Supervise and mentor teaching staff, providing professional development opportunities to enhance their skills. Collaborate with senior leadership to align educational objectives with organizational goals. Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support diverse learning needs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in curriculum development and education administration within an early childhood setting. Strong management skills with experience supervising staff in an educational environment. Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and budgeting processes. Excellent public speaking skills with experience engaging diverse audiences. Classroom experience with a solid understanding of child development principles. Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including parents, staff, and community members. Passion for early childhood education and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for children.
