Camp Director

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing children of all ages and abilities a fine arts enrichment curriculum at low cost We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and passionate Camp Director to lead our Summer Art Camp programs! This is a hands-on leadership role where creativity meets management—perfect for someone who thrives in a fun, dynamic, and kid-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of camp programs Supervise and support camp counselors, instructors, and volunteers Ensure a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment for all campers Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and children Coordinate scheduling, attendance, and activity flow Manage supplies and maintain camp space organization Assist in planning and executing special events, theme days, and performances Why Join ACACNJ?
