Role:

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment. Develop and implement educational programs aligned with state standards. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Build strong relationships with parents and the local community. Monitor and assess student progress, implementing necessary interventions. Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements. Manage the center's budget and financial planning. Promote a positive, inclusive culture among staff and students.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education or administration. Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring educators. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of early childhood education best practices and regulations. Ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a nurturing environment.
