KinderCare is seeking a Site Director to lead our Mill Pond Elementary program, overseeing daily operations, staff, and curriculum for school-age children. You will create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that supports each child's academic and social-emotional growth. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, partnering with families and school leaders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving enrollment and budget goals.
