Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Child Care Center Director to lead our team. The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on leader who is passionate about early childhood education, values building meaningful relationships with families and teachers, and works closely with ownership to support the center's vision and goals.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED

Minimum of three(3) years in a supervisory role in a licensed childcare program

REQUIRED

: Bachelor degree Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills Ability to build strong relationships with families, staff, and ownership Knowledge of state licensing and regulatory requirements CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the child care center Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families and staff Foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative culture among teachers Work closely with the owners to understand and execute their goals for the center Ensure compliance with all state licensing and safety regulations Recruit, train, and mentor teaching staff Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and center updates Implement and uphold curriculum standards set by the franchise Manage enrollment, scheduling, and budgeting
