Program Manager is responsible for: Leading provider-facing technical assistance and systems support activities for CRHSI and the RHT Program; Supporting rural providers, health systems, clinics, and community partners through operational technical assistance, systems support, implementation coordination, and provider engagement activities aligned with the State's rural health transformation goals; Supporting providers with technical assistance related to operational workflows, implementation barriers, care delivery coordination, financial sustainability, technology adoption, workforce challenges, and shared service opportunities; Facilitating provider engagement meetings, learning collaboratives, implementation discussions, and operational coordination activities; Monitoring provider implementation progress, operational risks, technical assistance needs, and escalation issues across participating providers and communities; Developing provider-facing materials, implementation tools, operational guidance, executive summaries, stakeholder communications, and tracking tools; Collaborating with Program Management Office (PMO) leadership, CRHSI leadership, operations, communications, data and evaluation, procurement, and finance staff to support aligned implementation and technical assistance across the RHT Program portfolio.
