Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare administrator professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strategic leadership and operational management skills , highlighting their role in creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children and staff. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing staff development, fostering parent communication, and overseeing budgets to maintain quality and financial health.
- Ensure the center operates in accordance with all local, state, and federal licensing standards and regulations. Also maintain a safe environment.
- marketing the center to drive enrollment; and preparing operational reports.
- Must be CDA/CDC certified
- 3 years of childcare experience
