Job Description
KinderCare seeks a Site Director for Tioga Hills Elementary School to lead our on-site early childhood education program. The Site Director oversees daily center operations, ensures licensing and safety compliance, manages staff scheduling and performance, and partners closely with school leadership and families. This role designs and implements developmentally appropriate curriculum, monitors classroom quality, manages enrollment and budgeting, and supports a nurturing, inclusive culture aligned with KinderCare's mission. The Site Director mentors teachers, leads family communication, and drives continuous improvement in learning outcomes.
