Job Description

Precious Kids too is looking for a qualified candidate to join our family as the director of our program. Our facility has been serving our community for 20 years. As director you wil be overseeing the daily operations of our education program that services children from ages 6 weeks to 4 years old. Must have One of the following: Bachelor degree/AA/CDA Child Development or related field including 12 credits in early childhood edu. PLUS
  • Must be Familiar with OCFS regulations
  • 1-2 years Teaching Experience
  • 1-2 years Staff Supervisory experience in a childcare setting.
  • Lead Teacher/Teacher Assistant; CDA a must for Lead Teacher As director you will be responsible for:
  • Supervising staff and oversees training. Develops and implements education curriculum. Communicates and meets with parents regarding their children and the center's policies.
  • Incorporate policies and procedures in accordance with the regulations of the Office of Children and Family services and NYS laws.
  • Maintain a healthy and safe environment for the children and families in our care and adhere to policies and procedures as well as Department of Health regulations
  • Maintain staff and children records in compliance with all regulations and requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Hours:
9am-6pm Monday
  • Friday Weekends and holidays off
