We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and visionary daycare Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional early childhood education programs. Duties:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all programs and activities. Develop and implement educational programs that align with best practices in early childhood education. Manage budgets and financial planning to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dedicated educators and support staff. Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, families, and the community. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, licensing requirements, and safety protocols. Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and development in children. Monitor and evaluate the quality of educational programs and staff performance, implementing improvements as needed.
