What You'll Do Lead all aspects of daily center operations, including enrollment, staffing, licensing, quality, and family engagement. Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team that creates an exceptional experience for children and families. Foster a positive, inclusive culture focused on learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive enrollment growth through community partnerships and outstanding customer service. Manage center financial performance, including budgets, labor, and operational goals. Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Build strong relationships with families, staff, and community partners while maintaining a high-quality educational environment. What We're Looking For Leadership experience in early childhood education, child care, education, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or another service-focused environment. Proven success leading, coaching, and developing teams. Strong business acumen, including experience with budgets, staffing, and operational performance. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to balance people leadership with operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
