Three Crosses:
A United Methodist Fellowship, our mission is to provide a nurturing Christian environment where children experience the love of Jesus while developing academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. The Preschool Program Administrator will provide spiritual, educational, and operational leadership for the preschool, ensuring all programs reflect the mission and values of the church while maintaining excellence in early childhood education and compliance with Ohio licensing standards. Responsibilities Leadership & Administration Oversee daily preschool operations, including enrollment, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and licensing compliance. Ensure a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered learning environment. Lead curriculum implementation that supports child development and reflects biblical values. Manage financial planning and support the continued growth and sustainability of the preschool ministry. Staff & Family Engagement Recruit, supervise, mentor, and evaluate preschool staff. Foster a culture of servant leadership, teamwork, and Christian character. Build strong relationships with families through communication, support, and community involvement. Partner with church leadership to advance the mission of the preschool and congregation. Qualifications A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ and support of the church's mission and values. Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. Minimum of four (4) years of experience working with preschool-age children. Knowledge of child development, curriculum planning, classroom management, and child safety practices. Experience with financial management, human resources, program development, and staff supervision. Must meet all Ohio licensing requirements and qualifications for preschool administrators. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Pay:
$32,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
