As the Center Director, you'll oversee all aspects of center operations, staff leadership, family engagement, and regulatory compliance while ensuring a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment. You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local childcare licensing regulations while supporting high-quality early childhood education practices. Qualified candidates will have:

Prior experience as a Director or Assistant Director in a licensed childcare facility Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of childcare licensing rules and compliance requirements Ability to effectively manage staff, daily operations, and family relationships Ability to meet all state requirements for Director/Administrator designation Successful completion of all required background checks and fingerprinting A passion for early childhood education and quality program development Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, or assist children, equipment, and supplies weighing up to 35-50 pounds as needed Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and move throughout the facility for supervision and oversight Ability to actively supervise classrooms, offices, and outdoor areas Ability to respond quickly during emergency situations, including evacuations and assisting children Ability to visually and auditorily monitor children and staff throughout the facility Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments and in varying weather conditions Reasonable accommodations will be provided in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
