Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, faith-driven, and passionate Director to lead our Christ-centered preschool and kindergarten ministry. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations, strategic growth, and educational excellence of our preschool program while fostering an environment where children, families, and staff experience the love of Christ. The Director will ensure a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment that supports the spiritual, social, emotional, physical, and academic development of every child. As the leader of the preschool, you will guide curriculum implementation, staff development, family engagement, and operational management while upholding the mission, values, and Christian principles of the organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to impact young lives, support families, and lead a dedicated team committed to excellence in early childhood education and Christian discipleship. Duties & Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations of the preschool, ensuring compliance with state licensing regulations, organizational policies, and quality standards. Foster and maintain a Christ-centered culture that reflects biblical values and promotes spiritual growth among children, families, and staff. Lead and support curriculum development that provides age-appropriate, engaging, and faith-based learning experiences. Recruit, supervise, mentor, and evaluate preschool staff while encouraging professional growth and excellence in teaching. Build strong relationships with families through effective communication, support, and partnership in their child's development. Coordinate enrollment, staffing, budgeting, and resource management to ensure efficient program operations. Lead community outreach initiatives, and family engagement events to strengthen the preschool ministry. Collaborate with church leadership and governing boards to align preschool goals with the organization's mission and vision. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance program quality, enrollment growth, and long-term sustainability. Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every child is valued and encouraged to develop a lifelong love of learning and faith. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, Child Development, or a related field. Extensive experience teaching young children in preschool or early childhood education settings. Proven leadership and management experience supervising staff and leading teams in an educational environment. Strong knowledge of curriculum development, child development, and best practices in early childhood education. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with families, staff, church leadership, and community partners. Commitment to Christian values and the ability to support and promote a Christ-centered educational environment. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
