- Full-time Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Director to lead our preschool and childcare initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and comprehensive administrative oversight.
This pivotal role involves strategic planning, curriculum development, staff management, and compliance with educational regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for early childhood development, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering an enriching environment for young learners. As Program Director, you will drive program excellence, oversee daily operations, and cultivate a positive, inclusive community dedicated to nurturing the growth of children in our care. Must have at least an associate degree in ECE or related field. Duties Implement creative curriculum aligned with early childhood education standards and best practices Lead strategic planning efforts to expand program offerings and improve service delivery Manage budgets effectively, resource allocation, and fundraising initiatives to support program sustainability Supervise staff, including teachers, ensuring high performance through coaching and professional development facilitation Oversee compliance with all relevant legal requirements, such as DCY, and Step Up To Quality Facilitate faculty evaluation processes to maintain instructional excellence and promote continuous improvement Foster a collaborative team environment by providing leadership in personnel management, conflict resolution, and staff motivation Requirements Proven experience in administrative leadership or as a school director within early childhood Extensive knowledge of curriculum development, instructional leadership in education, and childhood development principles Strong background in managing programs as an education administrator Demonstrated success in efforts to support program growth and community engagement Familiarity with educational compliance standards, such as DCY and SUTQ Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking and social media Supervising experience with staff and working directly with students in early childhood or preschool environments Ability to lead strategic initiatives while maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced educational setting Associate degree in ECE or related field, or CPL 3 or higher Join us as we shape the future of early childhood education by leading innovative programs that inspire young minds!
