Job Description
KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Powell Valley Elementary to lead our before- and after-school program. The Site Director oversees daily operations, ensures a safe, nurturing environment, and partners with school staff and families. Responsibilities include supervising and developing teachers, implementing age-appropriate curriculum, managing scheduling and enrollment, and ensuring licensing and health/safety compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership in early childhood or school-age programming, excellent communication, and a passion for supporting children's growth and learning.
