Job Description
KinderCare seeks a Site Director for Mid Valley Elementary School to lead daily operations of our before- and after-school program. The Site Director oversees staff, builds strong family and school partnerships, and ensures a safe, nurturing environment that supports children's academic and social development. Responsibilities include managing curriculum implementation, licensing and compliance, budgets, enrollment, and scheduling.
