The Center Director plays a critical role in maintaining the high standards that parents have come to expect from Tender Years. The Center Director will... Supervise teachers and childcare workers Hire and train new staff members Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff Assist staff in communicating with parents Meet with parents and staff to discuss students' progress Ensure facilities are maintained and cleaned according to state regulations Assist in managing the costs of the center in order to operate within budget Candidates for the position must meet the following requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education Fluent in the English language • Must be 18 years of age Ability to obtain required childcare clearances Strong interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility as to the hours you are able to work
