Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Center Director to lead our educational facility with enthusiasm and strategic insight. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of center operations, fostering a vibrant learning environment, and ensuring the highest standards of educational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, a passion for childhood development, and a comprehensive understanding of school administration and compliance. As the driving force behind the center's success, you will inspire staff, engage with families, and uphold our commitment to nurturing young minds in a safe, inclusive, and stimulating setting. Duties Provide strategic leadership to develop and implement innovative curriculum plans aligned with educational standards and best practices in early childhood education. Lead fundraising initiatives to support program growth, facility improvements, and community engagement efforts. Oversee budget management, including managing financial resources effectively to ensure operational sustainability and compliance with fiscal policies. Supervise school staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development facilitation to foster a motivated and skilled team. Ensure adherence to all educational regulations, legal requirements—including special education law—and safety standards to maintain a compliant learning environment. Facilitate instructional leadership by observing classrooms, providing feedback, and supporting teachers' ongoing development. Manage school administrative functions such as enrollment processes, student records, parent communication, and community outreach initiatives. Coordinate faculty evaluation processes and oversee personnel management in accordance with employment policies. Develop strategic plans for program growth and community impact while maintaining operational excellence across all center functions. Qualifications Proven experience in school administrative leadership or as a school director within K-12 or early childhood education settings. Strong background in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and managing educational programs for young children. Demonstrated success in fundraising activities and resource development within an educational context. Expertise in budgeting, managing financial resources as an executive education administrator, and ensuring fiscal accountability. Extensive knowledge of educational compliance regulations, including childhood development standards and special education law. Experience supervising staff, facilitating professional development sessions in schools, and evaluating faculty performance. Excellent communication skills for public speaking, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. Familiarity with school legal issues related to education administration and personnel management in an educational setting. Ability to lead strategic planning initiatives while fostering a collaborative team environment focused on excellence in education delivery. Ability to increase and maintain enrollment.
