Key Responsibilities Inspire & Mentor:
Recruit, train, and supervise a dedicated team of educators, fostering a highly collaborative and positive work environment.
Uphold Accreditation Standards:
Champion our ongoing commitment to NAEYC, NECPA, and Keystone STAR 4 standards, ensuring classroom practices always reflect high-quality benchmarks.
Curriculum Leadership:
Support faculty in implementing a high-quality, play-based educational program; guide teachers in crafting engaging lesson plans that meet the unique needs of every child.
Daily Operations:
Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of school policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain impeccable compliance with state licensing regulations, health, and safety protocols. Build the \"Village\": Cultivate strong, trusting partnerships with parents through regular communication, active listening, and a welcoming school culture.
Community & Enrollment:
Promote the school's mission within the local community, lead tours, and manage enrollment.
Qualifications Education:
BA/BS degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a closely related field.
Proven Leadership:
Experience successfully directing an early childhood center, with a strong understanding of QRIS (Keystone STARS) and national accreditation processes.
Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, adept at multitasking, and a strategic, solutions-oriented problem solver.
