Summary We are seeking a dedicated Early Intervention Special Instructor to join our team in Delaware County, PA. This role is vital in supporting the development of young children through tailored therapy programs, aligning with our mission to foster growth and independence. Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for children aged birth to five. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Assess children's progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports. Educate families on strategies to support their child's development at home. Stay current with best practices and advancements in early childhood intervention. Promote a positive and engaging environment for children during therapy sessions. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or similar degree Experience working with young children in an early intervention setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for helping children reach developmental milestones. Knowledge of early childhood development principles. Certification or licensure relevant to the field is a plus.
