Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

Job Description

Leads the day to day operational management of the Temple Healthy Chest Program, including direct supervision of program staff and patient navigators. Responsible for day- to-day operations, staffing, workflow standardization, and performance management to ensure optimal patient access, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction. Serves as the operational lead for lung cancer screening and navigation across Temple University Hospital and Fox Chase Cancer Center, supporting the integration of programs into a unified, enterprise-wide model. Collaborates with clinical and administrative leadership to drive program growth, implement standardized workflows, and achieve performance targets. Education Bachelor's Degree Nursing Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required Experience 4 years experience in nursing. Required 1 year experience in a supervisory role in a relevant healthcare program Required General Experience Previous experience in a Pulmonary setting Required General Experience with managing data sets in a health care setting, or health care third party payor environment Required Licenses PA Registered Nurse License Required or Multi State Compact RN License Required
