Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the daycare center, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards Supervise and support staff, including teachers, caregivers, and administrative personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that promote childhood development, including preschool, toddler care, and infant care programs Maintain open communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on children's progress and addressing concerns promptly Oversee child supervision to ensure safety at all times, including classroom management and behavior management strategies Ensure staff are trained in first aid, pediatric first aid, CPR, mandated reporting laws, and other relevant safety protocols Manage enrollment processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with all licensing requirements Requirements Proven experience working with children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Strong classroom experience in early childhood education or daycare settings; prior daycare center experience preferred Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing staff and coordinating team efforts Knowledge of child development instruction techniques and behavior management strategies Certification in first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid, and familiarity with mandated reporting laws Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is highly desirable Excellent communication skills for parent engagement and staff collaboration Ability to handle classroom management effectively while fostering a positive learning environment Join us in creating a safe, nurturing space where children can thrive!
