Responsibilities:
Support teachers and assistant teachers in their professional development, modeling effective teaching practices, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures. Create and maintain a supportive and welcoming environment in classrooms every day. Foster a sense of belonging and safety for staff, families, and children, promoting a positive community atmosphere.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a closely related field is required. Leadership experience in early childhood education or a related field is required.
