Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Director to lead our early childhood education program. This leadership role involves overseeing the implementation of a Christian curricula, managing staff, fostering a nurturing environment for young learners, and ensuring the overall excellence of the preschool experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, possess strong management skills, and demonstrate a commitment to creating an engaging, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment for children and their families. As a key leader within our organization, you will drive growth through strategic planning, community engagement, and effective resource management. Responsibilities Oversee curriculum plans that promote developmental milestones, creativity, and social-emotional growth for preschool-aged children. Lead and manage a team of teachers and staff through supervision, coaching, and professional development initiatives to ensure high standards of teaching and care. Implement strategic plans to enhance program quality, expand enrollment, and strengthen community relationships. Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations, safety standards, and educational policies governing early childhood programs. Represent the preschool at public events, parent meetings, and community outreach activities through confident public speaking and advocacy. Qualifications Proven experience in education administration with a focus on early childhood or preschool settings. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams of educators or staff members. Extensive classroom teaching experience working directly with young children. Supervising experience in an educational environment is highly preferred. Exceptional communication skills suitable for engaging with parents, staff, community partners, and stakeholders. Pay:
$47,901.43 - $52,000.00 per year
