Williamston First Baptist Child Development Center currently serves approximately 70 pre-school students ranging from 18 months to 4 years. After school care is provided for Kindergarten through 5th grade students during the school year as well as all day care during the summer.

Job Overview:

Ensure that Biblical principles are consistently and accurately taught and modeled according to the church's beliefs and mission Oversee and manage all administrative duties including those necessary to meet state requirements Oversee, maintain, and evaluate staff Maintain office hours and communication channels for parents and prospective families Oversee and maintain supplies and resources needed for instruction, recreation, nutrition, and safety Coordinate and plan with church personnel to encourage involvement in church sponsored activities and programs Coordinate with lead teacher for academic planning, instruction, and evaluations Salary based on qualifications and experience

Job Requirements:

Statement of Faith Ability to pass background check and drug test Ability to work 40+ hours per week High School Diploma with at least one year of experience in supervising child care staff Ability to supervise staff and engage with families using Christ-like principles

Preferred:

Diploma in Child Development/Early Childhood Education from accredited college or Child Development Associate (CDA) credential with at least one year work experience in accredited facility Associate's Degree or higher in applicable fields with experience in child care and/or supervision Familiarity with South Carolina regulations Resume should be submitted to williamstonsec@gmail.com as part of the application process.
