Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3
- 5 years of leadership experience in a licensed child care or preschool setting.
- Valid Director License in accordance with the State of Texas child care licensing requirements.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is
REQUIRED.
- Strong working knowledge of child care licensing standards, staffing ratios, & compliance regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, & organizational skills
- Experience with staff supervision, parent relations, enrollment management, & daily center operations
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain one upon hire).
- Knowledge of ProCare child management platform preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations & administration of the preschool.
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing, health, & safety requirements.
- Recruit, supervise, train, & support teaching staff
- Foster a positive & professional environment for children, families, & employees
- Manage enrollment, staffing schedules, & center records.
- Support curriculum implementation & continuous program improvement
