We are looking for an experienced Assistant Director - Spanish Immersion Preschool! We are excited to welcome passionate and experienced Preschool leadership members to join our team. Our leadership team needs to reflect at all times the values and virtues that define our community and actively collaborate with the school's mission, helping to create an environment filled with faith, joy, structure, and love.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Empower Educators:

Support teachers in curriculum implementation, professional development, and classroom excellence.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure the school consistently meets Texas Minimum Standards and operates in full alignment with our policies and mission.

School Growth and Community Building:

Help drive enrollment efforts and maintain a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere that feels like a second home for families.

Qualifications:

• Native-like fluency in Spanish and English (bilingual required)
• CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Required)
• 5 years of experience in a licensed center (including at least 2 years in a licensed preschool leadership role required)
