Manage staff scheduling, communication, timesheets, and payroll support. Assist with state licensing compliance, documentation, and inspection preparation. Support and coordinate reporting for programs such as Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), and Childcare Group (CCG), Texas Rising Star (TRS), Manage communication across childcare management apps, parent portals, and/or email to ensure timely and professional responses. Oversee ordering of supplies and maintenance requests. Provide classroom and/or driving route coverage when needed to ensure continuity of care.
