Overview Job Announcement:
Director of Keith Coleman Preschool Basketball Training Keith Coleman Basketball Training is launching a new Preschool Basketball Program , and we are seeking a motivated, organized, and relationship‑driven Program Director to lead it. This role is ideal for a mother looking to re‑enter the workforce , someone who enjoys working with young children, and someone who thrives in a flexible, mission‑focused environment.

Part‑Time to Full‑Time (Flexible) What the Director Will Do The Director will oversee all aspects of our preschool and after‑school basketball training programs, including:
Sales & Outreach:
Build relationships with preschools, daycares, and after‑school programs to introduce and expand our training services.
Hiring & Staffing:
Recruit, interview, and hire qualified preschool basketball trainers who can deliver fun, safe, age‑appropriate sessions.
Program Management:
Manage day‑to‑day operations, scheduling, communication with partner schools, and coordination of trainers. Ensure every session reflects the Keith Coleman standard — structured, positive, developmental, and engaging for young athletes. Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and school administrators.
