Available Help for . : Oversee daily operations of our 4-Star Texas Rising Star licensed childcare center. Responsibilities include staff management, classroom oversight, ratio compliance, Texas Minimum Standards (Chapter 746) compliance, parent relations, enrollment leadership, and partnership oversight (CACFP, PSJA, Texas Rising Star). Bilingual leadership role reporting directly to ownership.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in a licensed Texas childcare center
Director's Certificate (Texas Chapter 746) or active eligibility
Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
Tech-friendly (Brightwheel, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hours:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40+ hours per week. Occasional Saturday availability preferred for coverage support.
