Sets vision and Overall Direction for the Center Creates the Structures needed to Accomplish the goals of the Center Financial Management Ensures deposits are made Oversees and monitors children's billing including all sub-points Oversees and monitors collections including all sub-points Helps with Tours and Promotes Center Growth Ensures Enrollment Management is Optimal Meets with Leadership Team and all team members Handles Parent Complaints and Monitors All Parent Complaints Oversees Food Department Management Manages the Quality of Staff and Ensures Sufficient Staff are Employed Interviews most all complaints Makes all hiring decisions Helps to Evaluate Employees and Monitors all Evaluations Communications with the State when needed Helps monitor ratio when needed Prepares monthly children's sign-in sheets Prepares monthly client statements General office work and office management Does purchasing for food and supplies Helps parents with statement and billing issues Manages and directs behavior intervention meetings Creates positive morale for the center •Must have Childcare Director credentials
