Corporate office directives. Planning, developing, organizing and maintaining school programs for children, their families, and staff. Support the Mission Statement of Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academies is the primary objective Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Having a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to education Developing strong relationships with our children and families through excellent verbal and written communication, family involvement and positive interactions Motivate, inspire, guide and support a team of educators Develop and enhance curriculum and educational programs Demonstrate highly effective organizational, time management and multitasking skills Demonstrate a complete mastery of the regulatory environment, including compliance, licensor relationship and have the ability to adapt to regulatory changes Manage all center operations including staffing, administration, financial and facilities Proactively pursue the professional development of staff and self Encourage enrollment and develop creative ideas for bringing families into the program Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial reporting system in coordination with tuition collection Strong knowledge of

Texas Director Credential Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Minimum of 1-2 years experience as Preschool Director or Executive Director Obtain and maintain current certificate in Emergency First Aid and CPR
