Childcare Center Director

Duties Manage the overall operation of the childcare center, including staffing, budgeting, and program planning Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to childcare licensing and safety standards Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate teaching staff to maintain high-quality educational experiences Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that support children's developmental milestones Foster positive relationships with families by providing regular communication, support, and engagement opportunities Maintain accurate records of attendance, health reports, incident reports, and licensing documentation Promote a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment that encourages learning and social-emotional growth Experience Higher education teaching experience or background in early childhood education is highly preferred Proven experience in education administration within a childcare or preschool setting Extensive university experience or familiarity with academic settings related to early childhood development Demonstrated success in teaching young children and working directly with students in educational environments Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and build collaborative teams Knowledge of licensing requirements, safety protocols, and best practices in early childhood education Join us in making a meaningful impact on young lives!
