Position Summary:
The primary purpose of this role is to provide regional support and oversight to community-based Food and Nutrition Services programs. This position partners closely with Dietary Managers and Administrators to ensure the effective operation of nutrition services, compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivery of high-quality resident care. The role is responsible for offering guidance, consultation, and resources to support communities in meeting the nutritional needs of residents while maintaining safe and sanitary food service environments. It also provides education and coaching to Dietary Managers on regulatory standards, food safety, sanitation, and best practices. This position serves as a key resource to promote consistency, operational excellence, and compliance across communities, while supporting leadership in achieving organizational goals and maintaining resident satisfaction.Education/Qualifications:
Must be a certified dietary manager and maintain active registration with the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals Minimum of three (3) years related experience, including previous experience in long-term careShift & Wage:
