A Preschool or Childcare Director manages and directs programs for very young children. Supervises child care workers and pre-school teachers. Proposes policies, program fees and budgets for approval by a program board or administrative agency or implements policies of a national organization. Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. Ensures that the program or center meets state and federal guidelines.

- Early Childhood Education Center Director Full-Time | In-Person We are conducting a confidential search for a high-energy, growth-minded Early Childhood Education Center Director to lead an established childcare center / early learning program.
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$54,000- $70,000 annually

- Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 yr of experience
- 48 completed college credits with at least 12 being in ECE and 1 yr of experience
- An Early Childhood Certification and 2 yrs of experience (1 in supervision)
- A Child Development Credential and 2 yrs of experience (1 in supervision)
- A Montessori Certification and 2 yrs of experience (1 in supervision)
- 120 college credit hours in ECE within the last 3 yrs and 3 yrs programmatic experience plus one additional year of supervision experience Ability to
