  • Early Childhood Education Center Director Full-Time | In-Person We are conducting a confidential search for a high-energy, growth-minded Early Childhood Education Center Director to lead an established childcare center / early learning program.
This role is ideal for a hands-on childcare director or early childhood administrator who enjoys strengthening teams, improving center operations, and delivering high-quality early childhood education in a positive, child-centered environment. ⸻ What You'll Do Oversee daily childcare center operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance Lead and enhance early childhood education programs aligned with best practices Coach, develop, and support early childhood teachers and staff Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulations Build strong relationships with parents, families, and community partners Identify operational opportunities and implement improvements to support program quality and enrollment growth ⸻ What We're Looking For Graduate Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field and at least 6 months of Director experience (preferred) 2+ years experience in childcare leadership, center director, or assistant director roles Experience with staff management, program oversight, and childcare compliance Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Passion for early learning, childcare quality, and professional development ⸻
