- NoVA will be responsible for: Leading MEP scopes on data center projects from kickoff to completion Coordinating with design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Managing schedules, budgets, procurement, and risk mitigation Overseeing commissioning processes and quality control standards Driving weekly meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication Ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications Supporting preconstruction activities including estimates and value engineering MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.

- NoVA should have: 6+ years of project management experience Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in mission-critical environments Strong knowledge of commissioning, power distribution, and cooling systems Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced schedules Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience with project management software and construction documentation tools Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred What's on Offer The Project Manager•Data Center•NoVA may receive: Competitive base salary up to $160k (depending on previous experience) Healthcare 401(k) with match Competitive bonus structure 3 weeks PTO + sick time Monthly auto allowance
