Child Care Center Director

We are looking for an energetic, organized, experienced and inspiring professional to join us as Center Director . We are Kiddie Academy (KAGS Group). A group of locally owned educational childcare centers in the Greater Seattle area. KAGS Group academies are located at B ellevue, Bothell, Kenmore, Kirkland, Mill Creek, and Seattle.

Position Overview:

You will be responsible for managing the overall operations of our high-quality early childhood education program including enhancing and implementing our award-winning Life Essentials® Curriculum, staff management, scheduling, hiring, enrollment, family relationships, and academy events.

Position Requirements:

Minimum two (2) years of full-time experience in managing center-based programs as a Center Director. Meet all requirements for a Center Director per WA Licensing regulations (WAC) or be willing to get them shortly after joining. A thorough knowledge of WAC for childcare centers and a great understanding of developmentally appropriate practices. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Action oriented, organized, strategic thinker, focused on getting the right things done Why join us?
