Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Child Care Center Director to lead our early childhood education program with enthusiasm and strategic vision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with licensing regulations, and foster a nurturing environment where children thrive. Your leadership will inspire staff, engage families, and promote best practices in early childhood development. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated education professional eager to make a meaningful impact on young learners and their families. Duties Manage all aspects of center operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure a high-quality educational environment. Supervise and evaluate faculty and staff, fostering professional growth through ongoing training, performance reviews, and instructional leadership. Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to child care licensing, health and safety standards, and special education law. Lead strategic planning initiatives to expand services, improve program quality, and enhance community engagement through effective fundraising efforts. Develop and manage budgets as an executive education administrator, ensuring financial sustainability while maintaining program excellence. Build strong relationships with families by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and promoting family involvement in center activities. Experience Proven experience in school administrative leadership or as a school legal knowledge expert within early childhood or K-12 education settings. Supervisory experience overseeing personnel management in educational environments with a focus on team development and faculty evaluation. Strong background in managing budgets as an executive education administrator with expertise in fundraising and strategic planning initiatives. Knowledge of special education law and classroom experience working directly with students to support diverse learning needs. Excellent public speaking skills combined with classroom teaching experience that inspires confidence among staff, children, and families. Familiarity with school administrative practices including personnel management in education settings, working with students across various age groups, especially within the early childhood or preschool spectrum. Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
