A Preschool or Childcare Director manages and directs programs for very young children. Supervises child care workers and pre-school teachers. Proposes policies, program fees and budgets for approval by a program board or administrative agency or implements policies of a national organization. Meets with parents and staff to discuss the development, learning and behavior of children in the program or center. Orders supplies and monitors maintenance and cleaning at a facility. This is a relationship-first, results-driven role for someone who knows how to turn a first conversation into a family who feels like they've found home. You'll own the full enrollment journey: generating leads, leading tours, and guiding families from first inquiry to enrolled and settled. You'll sit on our school leadership team alongside our Principal and Education Coach, helping shape how our community grows and how families experience us from their very first touchpoint. What You'll Do Take the lead on growing school enrollment, owning the strategy and the follow-through Manage outreach efforts, social media presence, and community engagement events that put Primrose in front of the right families Lead tours that help parents feel what it's like to be part of our community, not just hear about it Build and maintain authentic relationships with prospective and current families throughout the enrollment process Respond to inquiries promptly and manage a pipeline of leads with consistent, timely follow-through Collaborate with the Principal and Education Coach as part of the school leadership team Represent Primrose at community events and build local partnerships that support enrollment goals Track enrollment metrics and adjust outreach strategy based on what's working
