Early Childhood Education Full Job Description Right At School Program Manager Program Manager Pay Range:
$20- 24 per hour (based on education and experience).

Safety & Joy:
Exhibits role model qualities ensuring safety and joy standards are met by supporting a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities to a team of staff members. Supports operational efficiency by keeping site documents and licensing standards up to date. Outlines attendance protocols, behavior policies, safety procedures, and ensures program tasks are completed effectively. Continual coaching, fostering respectful relationships among staff to address any challenges or issues promptly to maintain team cohesion, and productivity.Safety Assurance:
Consistently support and report on safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all participants. Identify and mitigate any potential risks within the program environment.Effective Communication :
Engage meaningfully with families, client partners, peers, and children to support effective communication and relationship building. Respond promptly to emails, text messages, and inquiries during program hours to ensure transparency and trust. Communicate and collaborate regularly with the Area Manager to support outlined program goals and assist in implementing changes or processes as guided.Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain accurate records for student check-ins and check-outs. Ensure "name to face" attendance procedures are completed per company policy.Daily Routine:
Implement daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum while providing a safe and engaging environment. Ideal Candidates will have the following: 21 years old or older High school diploma or equivalent At least 240 hours of experience as an assistant child care teacher in a group childcare setting OR at least 240 hours of experience as a licensee or provider of a family childcare center AND one of the following:2 non-credit department approved courses in early childhood education 2 courses for credit in early childhood education 48 credits from an institution of higher education w/ at least 3 credits in early childhood education Certificate from WI Registry indicating level 12 or higher Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education License from the WI Dept. of Public Instruction to act as a Kindergarten, Pre-Kindergarten or Early Childhood Education teacher Benefits Offered withRight At School:
