Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to lead our early childhood education program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the child care facility, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for child development, and the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and the community. Duties Develop and implement educational programs that meet the developmental needs of children. Supervise and support teaching staff in their professional development and classroom management. Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements. Foster positive relationships with parents and families through regular communication and engagement. Manage daily operations Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and program effectiveness Manage a classroom Experience A degree from a recognized university in Education Administration or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in higher education teaching or educational administration is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to educate and mentor staff while working collaboratively with students and families. Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
