  • $20 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications CPR Certification First aid First Aid Certification Classroom experience Associate's degree Full Job Description Hiring Pre K Teacher for Childcare Pre K classroom.
Must be familiar with Abeka curriculum and having taught that curriculum would be a plus. Must have an Associates degree in Early Childhood or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education. Pay based on education and experience in childcare pre k classroom. Must undergo background check, medical exam and TB screening. Must have required 12 hours of Health and Safety Training as required by DHR. Must have required 12 hours of ongoing training as required by DHR. Must have CPR and First Aid certification. Will consider a qualified teacher who would prefer to work part time only. Responsibilities
  • Create engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
  • Manage a classroom of young children, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive learning experiences.
  • Assess student progress.
  • Collaborate with other educators and support staff to enhance the overall learning environment.
