The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves working with young children, developing engaging curricula, and promoting literacy and math skills through innovative teaching methods. The Teacher will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of students.
PREVIOUS CHILDCARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management. Assess and monitor student progress in literacy, math, and other subjects, providing feedback to students and parents. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development, classroom activities, and any concerns. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices. Support children with special education needs by adapting teaching methods to meet individual requirements. Organize and participate in school events and parent-teacher conferences. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning. Skills Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Experience in daycare or preschool settings is required. Proficiency in behavior management techniques to create a positive learning atmosphere. Ability to develop engaging curricula that foster literacy education and math skills. Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff members. Familiarity with special education practices to support diverse learners effectively. Creative problem-solving abilities to address challenges in the classroom setting. A passion for teaching and a commitment to the academic success of all students.
