Job Description

Preschool Teacher 1380 West Main Street, Dothan, AL 36301 Part-time, Full-time Part-time, Full-time We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for young children.
Responsibilites:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for preschool-aged children
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Manage the classroom effectively to promote positive behavior and engagement
  • Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and development
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience
  • Incorporate activities that promote social, emotional, spiritual, and cognitive development
Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
  • Previous experience working with preschool or daycare-aged children required
  • Knowledge of child development and early childhood education principles and practices
  • Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development
  • Strong classroom management skills
