Teachers also develop partnerships with parents in order to engage and encourage parent participation. Essential Functions Ability to maintain classroom control Maintain a safe and healthy classroom Uphold confidentiality Daily Tasks Build relationships with parents and staff Provide a safe and clean environment for the students Provide supervision in the classroom, common areas and playground Actively engage in classroom activities Distribute projects and assignments to each student's folder Assist in the completion of reports as needed (health, incident, accident, daily)
