The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners, ensuring their developmental needs are met while fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Supervise and engage children in daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage good behavior. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that is conducive to learning and exploration. Qualifications Previous experience in daycare or childcare settings is preferred. Strong understanding of preschool curriculum and child development principles. Proficient in behavior management and classroom management techniques. Ability to provide toddler care with patience and compassion. A degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable.
