Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a dependable and flexible Childcare Teacher - Full-Time Support to assist across our early childhood education center. This role supports daily classroom operations, helps maintain a safe and engaging learning environment, and provides coverage where needed throughout the day. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, is team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced early learning environment . Key Responsibilities Support teaching staff with daily classroom activities and routines . Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized learning environment . Supervise children during play, learning activities, meals, and transitions . Provide classroom coverage and support where needed. Assist with preparing learning materials and classroom setup . Help ensure smooth daily operations across the center . Support teachers with end-of-day organization and cleanup as needed . Maintain positive communication with staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment . Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required . Experience working with young children or in a childcare setting preferred . Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills . Flexible and able to assist in different classroom environments as needed . Reliable, patient, and supportive when working with children. Preferred Skills Experience in a childcare center, preschool, or early learning environment . Understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning . Ability to support structured routines and classroom transitions . CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
