This position requires someone who can handle both administrative and operational tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Assist Director with daily center operations Help maintain staff and child files for compliance Answer phones, greet parents, and handle inquiries Assist with enrollment and paperwork Support staff scheduling and communication Step into classrooms as needed for support Help ensure licensing and program compliance

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills Experience in childcare or administrative work preferred Professional, dependable, and able to multitask Must be proactive and able to take direction well
